Throughout the month of October, local businesses displayed portraits of breast cancer survivors and their unique stories adorned by a ribbon. Tonight the entire collection will be hung and revealed at the Sierra Arts gallery. A public art project which creates new artwork for public display within the City of Reno utilizing selected signal boxes located throughout downtown, midtown and south Reno. The Project is open to artists in a regional area encompassing Nevada and Northern California with experience in public art projects.
Submissions are limited to no more than two different concepts per person.
