DESCRIPTION:March 1st thru 28th 2022 \nReception: Saturday\, March 5th\, 5 to 7 pm \nRecalling trips to Yellowstone\, The Grand Tetons\, Lake Tahoe\, Yosemite\, and the Emigrant Wilderness\, I’ve created a series of work that is reminiscent of wood block prints\, in that it relies heavily on bold lines and patterns to create texture\, form and space. Starting small with pen and ink\, and moving on to larger scale paintings with bright colors\, the landscapes tell of my travels with family and friends; hiking\, exploration\, beauty\, and wonder.
