DESCRIPTION:Black Diamonds: Hybrid Photographs of California and Nevada Landscapes \nExhibition: May 1 thru May 29 \nReception: Thursday May 20\, 6-8 PM \nI am motivated to make landscape photographs for many reasons. It is a challenging genre that requires patience and persistence. It takes planning and preparation that is often upset by weather or natural disasters. It ultimately involves a certain amount of luck\, or at least being in the right place at the right time. I see it as a form of exercise that is physical and mental.
