DESCRIPTION:Fire in the Dust Exhibition & Artist Reception \nExhibition Dates: July 25 – September 14\, 2024 \nReception Date: Friday\, July 26th from 5:00pm to 8:00pm \nGallery Hours:  Tuesday – Friday 10:00am to 4:00pm and Saturday 12:00pm to 4:00pm \nEleanor Preger is a photographer from Lake Tahoe\, NV and Sausalito\, CA. “I love to bring the beauty I see & interesting experiences I run across to your eyes.”  Eleanor says\, “I want to tap into your emotions and make you say AHHH.” I am a member of the Burning Man Documentary team\, a self taught photographer\, fueled by a love of people and landscapes. It was the experiences of Burning Man in the Black Rock Desert since 2011 that escalated my interest and skills in photography. I’ve been published by many publications around the world\, won prizes and exhibited at museums\, airports\, galleries and public events. \nKevin LeVezu is a visual artist using various mediums to create.  He is a second generation photographer who began his love of photography at age twelve by working on images along side of his dad in a darkroom in the garage.  While Kevin is a member of the Professional Photographers of America\, he is best known for his breathtaking fire photography and art. Kevin was the first artist to be asked by the Burning Man Fire Conclave Council to display his work at Conclave’s central meeting location at Burning Man. \nFor information about the exhibit and the artists\, please contact the gallery curator\, Maria Partridge • maria@sierra-arts.org
