SUMMARY:John Richardson Exhibition at Shim's Surplus Supplies
DESCRIPTION:John studied photography with Lou De Serio\, a student of Ansel Adams\,\nreceiving first instruction on image composition and darkroom\ntechnique. Continuing photographic exploration continued through the\nUniversity of Nevada and classes under Ron Moroni. Early work delved\ninto black and white infrared studies and experimentation with altered\nphotographic extremes both in camera and image development. Recent\nworks have focused on the IPhone as camera with the ability to both\ncapture and modify approachable landscape and objects in landscape.\nJohn has work in several private collections\, the permanent collection of\nChurchill Arts Council and has displayed in various locally owned\nbusinesses.  \nExhibition Dates – February 9th thru May 4th \nArtist Reception\, Thursday\, March 4th\, 6 to 8 pm
