DESCRIPTION:We are back with our Third Annual all day event celebrating dance! \nSaturday June 1st\, 2024 \nGlow Plaza  • 640 W 4th Street \n10:45am – 11:00pm  \n10:45am-11:45am  Jazz with Tyrell Rolle \nFrom Miami To Broadway join Tyrell Rolle for a 1 hour Jazz Workshop \n 12pm-1pm Classical Ballet with Patti Casey \nA traditional multi-level ballet class consisting of barre\, center and across-the-floor exercises\, with an emphasis on proper technique and most of all\, FUN!  \n1:15pm – 2:15pm Hip Hop with Brandon Dabu  \nA beginner-friendly approach to learning the style of hip hop dance which includes basic techniques such as isolations and grooves\, while also allowing dancers to discover and journey through their own movement and self expression.   \n2:30pm – 3:30pm Contemporary Phrase Work with Maggie Stack \nA multi-level contemporary dance class with traditional warm-up exercises followed by a fun modern phrase that will get everyone moving!  \n3:45pm – 5pm Contact Improvisation and Open Jam with Erica Wilson \nA guided\, all-level  improvisational workshop that uses different techniques to find new exciting avenues of moving the body. Based on comfort level\, dancer’s will work with partners and make fun connections.
