SUMMARY:Variations on a Dream an Exhibition by John McCarthy
DESCRIPTION:These artworks are inspired by everyday objects and by the process of lucid dreaming.  I go to sleep with an idea for an artwork and once I dream of it\, I actively start working out variations and solutions\, waking up with either partial or fully formed ideas of how to proceed with the work.  Some works employ methods of painting\, printmaking and collage simultaneously. \nExhibition Dates – March 10th thru 27th 2021 \nArtist Reception\, Saturday\, March 20th\, 1 to 5 pm \nFeatured Work Titled – Recollection of a Moment in the Museum
