Sierra Arts Academy

Sierra Arts Academy is a creative hub offering art classes for youth and adults in literary, performance, and visual arts. Classes are taught at our Academy Training Studio located at 1995 Dickerson.

Artist Members interested in teaching a workshop, we encourage you to submit a Workshop Proposal.

Young Artists:

Art Workshops for Adults:

A series of classes designed for kids ages 7-15 who have a desire to expand their natural artistic talent. The objective of these monthly two hour hands-on art classes is to provide elementary aged students with an opportunity to learn the basic fundamentals of fine art while being introduced to various art mediums and techniques.

Hands on art workshops by professional artists in the areas of literary, movement, theater, and visual arts.

Nevada’s premier arts organization & resource center.

In 1987 Sierra Arts Foundation began awarding grants to artists of all disciplines living within a 100-mile radius.
