Sierra Arts Academy

Sierra Arts Academy is a series of art classes with opportunities for both young and adult artists in the areas of literary, performance, and visual arts. All classes are taught at the Sierra Arts gallery space in our historic riverside building.

Young Artists:

Art Workshops for Adults:

A series of classes designed for kids ages 7-15 who have a desire to expand their natural artistic talent. The objective of these monthly two hour hands-on art classes is to provide elementary aged students with an opportunity to learn the basic fundamentals of fine art while being introduced to various art mediums and techniques.

Hands on art workshops by professional artists in the areas of literary, movement, theater, and visual arts.

Nevada’s premier arts organization & resource center.

In 1987 Sierra Arts Foundation began awarding grants to artists of all disciplines living within a 100-mile radius.
