Expressions in Abstractions an Exhibition by Tricia Poulos Leonard

My artwork is abstract and created using mixed media such as oil pastels, ink, gesso, metal foils, tissue paper and collage paper. I work intuitively, letting the piece in front of me suggest the next move. I spend 13 or 14 hours on most pieces…more time if it is large. I work with music playing, usually jazz. I enjoy the process and hope that the work that I produce brings joy to the viewer.
