UnchARTed Waters a Collaborative Exhibition

The mission of the UnchARTed Waters collaborative art project is to empower artists with developmental disabilities to express their
creativity through movement, motion and wonder. The artwork is created with the intention of welcoming a sensory experience during
two art labs in the spring. Art will be sold throughout the month of June to raise money for the Down Syndrome Network of Northern Nevada aiding
individuals with Down syndrome in the pursuit of productive and fulfilling lives. This year’s display includes over 50 pieces of both collaborative and
individual art. Ranging in size from 9′ x 4′ to 6″ x 9″ this year’s show includes painting, framed texture sculpture, resist and dye on fabric, and printmaking.
