Artist Relief Grant Application

Sierra Arts Foundation Artist Relief Grant is made possible by the CARES Act Funding allocated by the City of Reno.

Purpose:

To assist artists of all disciplines who are struggling financially due to COVID-19 pandemic and the health and safety restrictions mandated by the CDC and the State of Nevada.

Eligibility:

Must be 18 or older
Resident of Reno
Practicing Artist
Facing financial hardship due to COVID-19

Important Dates:

Grant application opens on November 10th
Grant application closes on November 30th
Award notification by email on or before December 11th

Applications lacking required documents or support materials will not be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicant must be a Reno resident.
Applicant is 18 years old or older.
Applicant is a practicing artist able to demonstrate a sustained commitment to their artistic career.
Applicant can provide and upload current Nevada Driver License/IdentificationCard.
Applicant can provide and upload W9.
Applicant is NOT an employee, board member, or director of Sierra Arts Foundation

Completed and signed W9 form.
