Sculpting with Light by Sena Cakiroglu
The scenery of a landscape gives hints of a long-standing puzzle with its lines, paths and forms. Our conscious minds respond back in awe, inspired, aroused, anxious. Deserts are a great mystery in that sense. Distances are vague, the imaginary set of lines over the landscape expands further out at every taken step. Your body is radically diminished in size. While the visual perception can be somewhat coveted, there is no way to fully possess this kind of space. It rather lends itself as a transformative space for our senses to experience a different way of relating to the world.
