Seeing Daylight
by Suzanne Morgan Williams
Join us for a special Sunday afternoon book launch celebrating Seeing Daylight, the newest novel by Reno author Suzanne Morgan Williams.
This compelling young adult novel follows a veteran living with PTSD and a service dog trainer, told from both of their perspectives. Through the dog that connects their lives, Seeing Daylight explores themes of trauma, healing, resilience, and human connection.
Suzanne Morgan Williams will be on hand to sign copies of her new book and give a brief talk about the inspiration behind the story and her motivation for writing it.
Suzanne is the author of more than a dozen books for readers ages ten and up. Known for her richly textured settings, unexpected characters, and deep research, her writing and speaking have taken her across the United States and Canada. Her award-winning novel Bull Rider received the Western Heritage Award from the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum.
The event will be held in the Sierra Arts Gallery in the historic Riverside Building in downtown Reno.
Refreshments will be served.
Free and open to the public.
Free parking available on Sundays.
